Delivery times start from the validation of your order by our Customer Service Team.

Product stock available
Orders placed before 2 pm GMT will be dispatched within 2 business days and for orders placed after 2 pm GMT, within 3 business days.
Product personalise 
It will be dispatched within 7 to 10 days via a courier of our choice. In case of delay, you will be notified by email.
Free delivery within the UK would depend on orders and customer loyalty. If you need express delivery,

please contact our knowledgeable and helpful Customer Care team.  

Shipping charges are added to the order amount at the time of checkout.

If experiencing problems with your delivery

TRACKING: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number for you to view the status of your delivery with the courier.

Please note: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses and delivery outside of the UK may incur additional charges. Delivery outside of the EU may take up to 10 working days. DAMEKATOUCH Ltd. cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance. 

ADDRESS AMENDMENTS: For your security, we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed. If you will not be in when the delivery is attempted, our carrier will leave a card. If you will not be in for scheduled delivery,

please contact our knowledgeable and helpful Customer Care team we will advise you on how to rearrange delivery. 

IMPORT DUTY: We ship to all countries outside of the EU on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase.

DAMEKATOUCH Ltd. cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty. 

LATE DELIVERIES: We aim to deliver items within 10 days to international addresses. Late deliveries could be due to a number of reasons; if you feel your package is late, the first step is to check the tracking code you received on your dispatch email.

Occasionally, goods may be subject to delays due to customs. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.




You may return non customised items ordered on the site for exchange or refund within 17 calendar days of the delivery date.

The goods must be returned unused, in their original, undamaged packaging, together with their purchase invoice or a copy in the case of a partial return.
For customised items we do not offer a refund or exchange.
To proceed with your return please click on RETURN CENTER and complete the returns form stating your order number, items to be returned and the reason for the return.

Once we receive your submission, we will inform you of the schedule for the collection by a courier of our choice. When your item(s) is being collected, please ensure to attach the address label on the package. 

Please note: We do not currently offer a free return service on international orders, including the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands.
If you have received an item purchased on the website as a gift, we can only offer an exchange for a product of equal or greater value (any difference in price must be paid by the recipient of the gift).
Once we receive your return package to, we will make every effort to process refunds as promptly as possible to ensure they are issued within 14 working days.
Please note: All refunds will be issued via the same method of payment used to make your purchase.
